You'll serve as the primary legal resource for strategic partnership contracting, drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements. Your work will directly impact contracting strategies and compliance in a dynamic environment. This role offers the chance to work entirely remotely while collaborating cross-functionally.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate partnership agreements.
• Advise internal stakeholders on contract interpretation.
• Maintain vendor and partnership contract databases.
• Prepare legal summaries and risk assessments.

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership.
• 8-10 years of legal experience, preferably in-house or at major firm.
• Proven ability to negotiate complex agreements.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
