🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage daily workflow and team assignments during shift
• Coordinate breaks, conflict resolution, and shift transitions
• Jump in on the floor to assist with patient care as needed
• Lead huddles, rounds, and end-of-day wrap-ups

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a veterinary technician or assistant role
• Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT, RVT, LVT, LVMT) or enrolled in VEG Credentialing Support Program preferred
• Strong grasp of clinical workflow and team dynamics
• Flexibility and willingness to step in wherever needed
