You'll provide on-site and remote IT support for a leading global entertainment company, handling AV systems, user requests, and ticketing. You'll collaborate with senior analysts to resolve technical issues and ensure quality service. This role offers room to grow in a collaborative environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Provide support for on-site AV systems including Zoom Rooms
- Field incoming help requests via telephone and email
- Document and track help desk requests through resolution
- Test fixes and perform post-resolution follow-ups
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years of IT experience
- Knowledge of Windows 10, MacOS, and Office 365
- Basic working knowledge of Active Directory, Android, iOS
- Proven troubleshooting methodology
