🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and validate SLS materials from lab to market
• Lead research to improve SLS material performance
• Collaborate with product, hardware, and software teams
• Create evaluation methods balancing chemistry, thermal dynamics, and printing parameters

📋 Requirements

• Materials science fundamentals and polymer product development experience
• Hands-on experience in thermoplastic engineering
• Ability to design and conduct rigorous experiments using data
• B.S., M.S., or PhD in a relevant science or engineering field

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience developing materials for 3D printing (SLA/DLP/SLS)
• 3D CAD modeling skills
• Programming skills (Python, Matlab, SQL, etc.)
