💼 About This Role

You'll lead the global privacy strategy and compliance program for a late-stage oncology company developing novel targeted therapies. Your core impact will be ensuring all activities are conducted ethically and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, while fostering a culture of privacy-by-design. This role offers the opportunity to shape privacy for a growing pipeline of RAS(ON) inhibitors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute global privacy strategy.
• Design and implement privacy governance frameworks.
• Oversee Data Privacy Impact Assessments and cross-border data transfers.
• Lead privacy incident response and breach notifications.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of privacy experience, with at least 5 in biotech/pharma.
• Deep knowledge of GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA/CPRA and other global laws.
• Experience leading privacy programs for clinical trials and commercialization.
• JD or equivalent legal qualification required.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with RAS-targeted therapies or oncology clinical data.
• Certification such as CIPP/US, CIPP/E, or CIPM.
• Experience building and leading a global privacy team.
