💼 About This Role

You'll lead the engineering group responsible for driving Brex's growth engine. You'll manage teams of product engineers and Salesforce developers, drive architectural vision and own the technical roadmap. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on technical guidance in a hybrid environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor high-performing teams of product engineers and Salesforce admins
• Drive architectural vision and technical roadmap for Salesforce and GTM applications
• Champion AI-native solutions across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and CX systems
• Own operational excellence, managing sprint capacity and removing blockers

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with strong technical background
• 3+ years of experience managing multiple technical teams in high-growth environment
• 3+ years of progressive experience in Salesforce development and architecture

✨ Nice to Have

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II)
• Experience managing remote or distributed teams
• Experience building Slack applications and integrations
