Description

You will lead the design and development of customer-facing certification training courses for Cato's SASE platform, building the next generation of the Cato Certification Program. This role blends instructional design, technical acumen, and team leadership to deliver engaging, scalable learning experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years instructional design expertise in technical certification training
• Proven people management and team leadership experience
• Ability to simplify complex networking and security concepts
• 5+ years experience designing hands-on labs and scenario-based learning
• 8+ years experience in networking, security, or cloud technologies

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of certification training courses
• Manage and mentor a team of course developers
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define learning objectives
• Deliver beta courses and train-the-trainer sessions
• Contribute as SME to certification exams
