🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a distributed security engineering team
• Refine security roadmap and drive operational excellence
• Create technology strategy for security automation
• Manage vulnerability management and incident response processes

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of technical experience in security or software engineering
• 3+ years of leadership experience as a formal people manager
• Deep understanding of security fundamentals including vulnerability management, incident response, security monitoring, and secure coding practices
• Experience leading distributed teams across time zones

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with applied cryptography
• Familiarity with OWASP, NIST, ISO27001, SOC 2
• Experience in regulated financial services environment
