You'll support daily community operations, leasing, and resident relations at an award-winning apartment community. You'll drive occupancy goals, handle financial tasks like rent collection, and step into a leadership role when needed. This role offers clear advancement through a Career Path Program.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct property tours and guide prospects through leasing process
• Oversee rent collection, payment posting, and delinquency follow-up
• Assist with financial reporting and ledger reviews
• Step into leadership role in Community Manager's absence

📋 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Two years of property management experience preferred
• Six months assistant community manager experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License
