You'll join a small engineering team working on recommendation systems for Quora's knowledge sharing platform, improving feed, notifications, and digest emails. Your work will directly impact connecting users with content using ML. This role offers high autonomy and the chance to define tools and abstractions for other developers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Improve existing ML systems using coding and ML knowledge
• Identify new ML application opportunities in the product
• Implement algorithms and systems efficiently with other ML engineers
• Own end-to-end ML systems from data pipelines to production

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience in ML
• 3+ years of professional experience on recommendation systems
• Understanding of mathematical foundations of ML algorithms
• Experience building end-to-end ML systems

✨ Nice to Have

• 3+ years of Python or C++ experience
• Experience leading large-scale multi-engineer projects
• Passion for Quora's mission
