You will own analytics, processes, and reporting that empower customer-facing GTM teams to exceed pipeline and ARR targets. Drive operational excellence across pipeline management, sales forecasting, and territory management in a hyper-growth environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Sales, or Revenue Operations
  • Advanced analytics and technical skills: Excel/Google Sheets, Salesforce, SQL
  • Strategic mindset with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-starter with bias for action and ability to manage multiple initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Drive operational excellence across pipeline management and sales forecasting
  • Partner with GTM leadership to optimize funnel performance and drive sales productivity
  • Establish monitoring for top accounts including engagement, health, and adoption
  • Own regional lead routing rules, lead scoring enhancements, and campaign attribution
  • Build dashboards and reports for regional and global business reviews
