💼 About This Role

You'll partner with the Fraud team to design end client authentication systems and ensure Altruist is the most trusted broker dealer. You'll minimize financial losses for end users, RIAs, and the company. This role offers the chance to build fraud-resilient products in a high-growth fintech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design end client authentication systems with product and engineering
• Lead large scale fraud and security initiatives
• Respond to large scale security and fraud events
• Partner with Product to embed security into the product lifecycle

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in fraud, security, or anti-abuse
• Experience leading large scale fraud and security initiatives
• Expertise in threat intelligence and dark web research
• Experience building systems that function at scale

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience designing fraud resilient products in financial services
• World class knowledge of account takeover, credential stuffing, ACH fraud
• Deep understanding of malware targeting financial institutions
