You'll monitor CCTV and alarm systems as the first point of contact for physical security events at GTI facilities. Your core impact is ensuring real-time incident detection and response to protect people and assets. You'll liaise with law enforcement and internal teams to maintain business continuity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor CCTV, alarm, and access control systems for security incidents
• Act as first contact for panic alarms and emergency notifications
• Coordinate with internal teams and law enforcement during incidents
• Execute incident management protocols and maintain detailed logs

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in physical security, SOC, or emergency operations
• Experience with CCTV monitoring and access control systems
• Valid driver's license and minimum age 21
• Must pass background check and state approval for cannabis industry

• Experience with Everbridge CEM platform
