Description
You will join a growth pod focused on improving member retention, working across the full stack to design, build, and iterate on experiments that drive engagement. You'll contribute to frontend clients and backend systems, rapidly delivering features that shape how members interact with and stay connected to care.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of software development experience with full-stack focus
- Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, Typescript, or React
- Proven ability to lead complex technical projects independently
- Experience designing scalable, maintainable system architecture
- Familiarity with observability and experimentation tools like Datadog, LaunchDarkly, Sentry, Mixpanel, Iterable
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable full-stack services using Ruby on Rails, React, GraphQL
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship high-impact features for member growth
- Expand and maintain existing web and mobile applications
- Debug and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
- Provide technical leadership in architectural discussions, code reviews, and system planning
