You'll support customers deploying and troubleshooting BeyondTrust's cybersecurity SaaS portfolio. Your core impact is resolving incidents and acting as a liaison to Engineering and Sales. This role offers the chance to work with enterprise security products and be part of a culture of flexibility and continual learning.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage customer communication and expectations via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and debug customer problems
  • Transition product issues to Engineering and track status
  • Participate in on-call rotation for assigned product team

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5 years in enterprise software customer support or IT support
  • Proficient knowledge of Windows Server
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and GPO
  • Understanding of network topology and tools

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical field
  • Knowledge of AV/Firewall rules and policies
  • Experience with virtualization and security software
