You'll support customers deploying and troubleshooting BeyondTrust's cybersecurity SaaS portfolio. Your core impact is resolving incidents and acting as a liaison to Engineering and Sales. This role offers the chance to work with enterprise security products and be part of a culture of flexibility and continual learning.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage customer communication and expectations via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and debug customer problems
- Transition product issues to Engineering and track status
- Participate in on-call rotation for assigned product team
๐ Requirements
- 5 years in enterprise software customer support or IT support
- Proficient knowledge of Windows Server
- Knowledge of Active Directory and GPO
- Understanding of network topology and tools

- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field
- Knowledge of AV/Firewall rules and policies
- Experience with virtualization and security software
