Description

You will develop and expand Minitab's strategic enterprise customer base across Australia and New Zealand, leading consultative sales engagements focused on Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives. You'll work with senior stakeholders to position Minitab as a long-term partner for improving quality, efficiency, and operational performance.

Requirements

  • Experienced enterprise sales professional with strong engineering or technical background
  • Proven track record selling quality, manufacturing, or enterprise software to large organisations
  • Ability to engage senior business, operational, and technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts across ANZ
  • Expand Minitab's footprint across multiple business units
  • Lead consultative sales for Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives
  • Position Minitab as a long-term CQI partner for measurable improvements in quality, efficiency, and compliance
