You'll manage daily site activities on a major civil infrastructure project in the Brussels periphery, leading teams and subcontractors in constrained environments. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage daily site activities and supervise teams and subcontractors
• Prepare and follow up detailed work plans and short-term planning
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Coordinate with external parties like utility companies and stakeholders
• Monitor progress, quantities, costs, and implement corrective actions

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction or Civil Engineering
• Proven experience in civil works and infrastructure projects
• Strong site coordination skills and a hands-on mindset
• Fluent Dutch (spoken and written)

• Good working knowledge of English
• Experience with Lean planning sessions
• Familiarity with VCA and ISO standards
