You'll support commercial real estate debt transactions from engagement to closing by preparing loan documentation and coordinating due diligence. You'll act as a liaison between clients, lenders, and vendors to ensure timely execution. This role offers exposure to analytical work and marketing materials for real estate finance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collect and prepare loan documentation for financing transactions.
• Coordinate due diligence requirements and third-party reports.
• Serve as liaison between clients, lenders, title companies, and agencies.
• Maintain transaction files and loan pipeline tracking.

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• Familiarity with commercial real estate documentation (REAs, estoppels, leases).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or real estate.
• Experience with CoStar or other real estate data sources.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM platforms.
