💼 About This Role

You'll run new-hire onboarding and tool bootcamps for virtual assistants at Wing, a remote talent provider. You'll bridge feedback between Instructional Design and QA to keep content sharp and ensure client readiness.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run daily Google Meet classes on policies, professionalism, and data privacy.
• Deliver live demos of tools like Calendly, Google Workspace, Slack, and ClickUp.
• Facilitate client-readiness drills for email tone, meeting notes, and task intake.
• Conduct quality calibration with QA and issue readiness sign-offs with action items.

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years in live training, facilitation, L&D, or BPO coaching.
• Experience assessing trainees and bridging instructional design with operations.
• Clear communication with neutral English accent and strong pacing.
• Comfortable with LMS (Thinkific), Google Workspace, and Zoom/Meet.
