💼 About This Role

You'll lead the DevOps and SRE function at Mindtickle, a leading AI-powered revenue enablement platform. Your work will evolve our tooling, mature on-call and release processes, and drive a culture of engineering excellence. This role sits at the heart of our engineering organization, enabling speed, reliability, and scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead planning, prioritization, and execution of DevOps projects
• Drive consolidation of observability, logging, and monitoring infrastructure
• Establish operational boundaries and runbooks with engineering teams
• Guide incident response, RCA follow-through, and prevention planning

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience in DevOps/SRE/Infrastructure engineering
• 2+ years in a leadership or technical ownership capacity
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, infra-as-code, Kubernetes, Helm
• Experience setting up or maturing on-call, release, or incident management processes

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with cost tracking across cloud (AWS), Snowflake
• Observability tooling rollouts experience
