Your quick problem-solving minimizes service interruptions and protects valuable equipment. Collaborate with teams across operations, engineering, and customer support to manage robot deployments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support robots in the field to ensure timely deliveries.
• Perform light maintenance tasks like cleaning sensors.
• Document incidents and share observations for improvement.
• Operate company vehicles to reposition robotic units.

📋 Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable driving mid-size utility vehicles.
• Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Experience with Jira.
• 1+ year in last-mile delivery or robotics.
• Experience with Slack or similar tools.
