💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in delivering the best customer experience for fellow music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and help drive sales targets while covering the sales floor when needed.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to navigate store and merchandise product
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
