💼 About This Role
You'll join the Global Revenue Enablement team to empower New Logo teams with the messaging and skills needed to win new customers. You will build enablement strategies that accelerate ramp time and strengthen deal progression. This role offers the chance to shape how teams learn and improve across a global, remote environment.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Design and deliver enablement programs for AEs and SEs.
- Translate GTM strategy into sales narratives and discovery frameworks.
- Support new product launches through training and certification.
- Monitor and report on enablement effectiveness.
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years in revenue enablement or sales enablement.
- Strong understanding of complex B2B sales cycles.
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
- Experience supporting channel sales motions.
✨ Nice to Have
- Prior experience as an AE, SE, or Sales Manager.
- Experience with enablement platforms and CRM systems.
- Experience enabling teams in SaaS or cloud environments.
