Description

In this role, you will own the end-to-end implementation process for Remote Embedded partners, driving technical, commercial, and operational success. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to deliver transformative partnerships that are critical to Remote's growth.

Requirements

• Experience in project management/implementations/professional services in HRtech, fintech, or software
• Proven track record managing long-term partner/customer relationships
• Exceptional organizational skills with ability to juggle multiple tasks in fast-paced environment
• Ability to quickly learn and analyze complex issues and communicate effectively
• Fluent English; B2B SaaS technology partnership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and project manage partner implementation timelines and operational workstreams
• Lead planning, tracking, and completion of all project tasks during onboarding
• Coordinate internal resources across Product, Legal, Finance, Sales, and other teams
• Communicate project progress using relevant reporting tools and dashboards
• Own day-to-day partner relationship during implementation, addressing questions efficiently
