You'll lead a team of highly technical operators responsible for the systems, automation, and operational infrastructure that power Brex's Operations at scale. You'll define the long-term vision for how Brex scales operationally while directly driving execution on AI-powered tooling and intelligent automation. This role sits at the center of critical functions like Risk, Compliance, and Payment Operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team building systems and automation for Operations.
• Define the long-term vision for operational scaling.
• Drive execution on AI-powered workflows and decision infrastructure.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations leaders.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years leading Systems, BizOps, or TechOps teams.
• Proven track record scaling internal systems and operational tooling.
• Experience leveraging AI/LLM technologies for workflow automation.
• Technical fluency with JavaScript, Python, SQL, APIs.
