You'll shape intelligent agents that guide conversations and enhance matchmaking, while setting technical direction across engineering, product, and data. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and evolve AI-powered backend systems for conversation guidance and matchmaking.
• Architect agent-based systems with prompt management and context orchestration.
• Drive experimentation and prototyping of new AI capabilities into production.
• Define and implement evaluation strategies for LLM-powered systems.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience building and scaling backend systems.
• Proven track record designing and deploying AI/ML products with LLMs or agents.
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and evaluation of AI systems.
• Deep expertise in Python and cloud platforms like GCP.

• Experience with PydanticAI or similar frameworks.
