💼 About This Role

You'll lead a hybrid team of Security Analysts and Engineers, building and owning the defensive strategy for a Predictive Revenue System. Your core impact will be driving automation and AI-centric improvements across the security stack while overseeing vulnerability management and incident response.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a hybrid team of security analysts and engineers
• Oversee the vulnerability management lifecycle from scanning to remediation
• Drive automation and AI across detection, response, and remediation workflows
• Partner with engineering to integrate security into cloud architecture

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years overall experience in Security Engineering or Operations
• Professional working knowledge of AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, Postgres
• Experience building or maturing a vulnerability management program across code, containers, and cloud
• Proven ability to manage upward and communicate technical risk to non-technical stakeholders

✨ Nice to Have

• CISSP, AWS Security Specialty, or GCIH/GCIA certifications
• Experience with threat modeling and risk reviews of technical infrastructure
• Familiarity with SaaS compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR)
