💼 About This Role

You'll join the Lending Engineering team to build complex systems that provide low-friction access to credit for millions of users. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to deliver financial products at scale and own projects from hypothesis to production.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with credit risk, legal, product, and engineers to advance Lending capability.
• Lead or contribute to projects from hypothesis to production.
• Build financial primitives as atomic, composable API-level building blocks.
• Operate and manage existing Cash services and recommend improvements.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years working on complex systems and delivering quality software.
• Curiosity to find flaws in complex systems and fix them.
• Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Embrace an AI-first mentality and leverage AI in development.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with agentic engineering.
• Familiarity with Java, Kotlin, AWS, Kafka, or distributed systems.
