Description

As a Field CISO at Nebius, you will serve as the executive security voice in the US market, acting as a trusted advisor to customer CISOs and accelerating enterprise deals by aligning security capabilities with evolving AI infrastructure demands.

Requirements

• 12+ years in cybersecurity, 5+ years in security leadership
• Experience as hyperscaler security leader, senior security executive, CISO, or senior security leader in large enterprise
• Deep understanding of cloud security architectures, AI infrastructure security, IAM, encryption, logging, and enterprise risk frameworks
• Ability to engage credibly with Fortune 500 CISOs
• Experience influencing complex enterprise deals and translating customer feedback into product strategy

Responsibilities

• Act as the voice of the customer within Security Products, influencing the roadmap and capability evolution
• Advance Nebius’ credibility and security narrative in the US enterprise market
• Align security posture with US enterprise risk frameworks and regulatory expectations
• Build advisory relationships and lead a US Customer Security Advisory Board
• Manage customer security escalations requiring executive credibility and technical fluency
