💼 About This Role

You'll instruct pre-licensing and CE courses for Rockwell Institute, engaging students in person and online. Your core impact is helping students master material through insightful lessons and real-world examples. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling mornings, evenings, and weekends.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Instruct assigned courses according to the course plan
• Engage with students in classroom and online
• Utilize webinar/livestreaming technology for instruction
• Participate in faculty curriculum meetings

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years experience as licensed real estate salesperson, broker, or attorney
• Active WA real estate license (broker or managing broker)
• Active WA real estate instructor's license
• Willingness to teach on-site and weekend/evening classes

✨ Nice to Have

• DREI certification preferred
• Previous instruction or training experience preferred
