💼 About This Role

You'll lead the full lifecycle of ad creatives for a social discovery platform used by 20M+ users. You'll drive business metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) through data-driven creative strategies and idea scaling. You'll work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment where everyone acts as CEO of their role.

• Form creative hypotheses based on metrics
• Write clear briefs for designers
• Research and find effective creative ideas
• Scale creative production and test ideas

📋 Requirements

• Analytical thinking and curiosity about numbers
• Basic understanding of performance marketing
• Proactivity and constant idea generation
• Responsibility for direction and result
