Description

You will lead our general accounting team, overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, managing month-end and year-end closes, and driving accounting projects. You'll also manage the audit process and mentor a team of staff/senior accountants.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Active CPA license
• 6+ years progressive accounting experience
• 3+ years in management/supervisory role
• Advanced US GAAP knowledge and expert-level Excel

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle general accounting including AP, ASC842 leases, capital software, GL/JE review, and consolidation with intercompany eliminations
• Lead monthly financial close process ensuring accuracy and US GAAP compliance
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, flux analysis, and supporting schedules
• Own accounting projects: system implementations, process improvements, policy updates, new standard adoption, internal controls
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit requests
