Description

You'll design, implement, and support enterprise IT systems across a multi-site manufacturing environment. You'll own **Tier 3 incident resolution** and lead **infrastructure modernization initiatives** in hybrid and cloud environments. **You'll partner with business and technical teams** to ensure secure, scalable solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years delivering enterprise IT solutions end-to-end.
• 7+ years diagnosing and resolving complex IT issues.
• 5+ years hands-on experience managing **Microsoft Azure** environments.
• Deep experience with **Microsoft 365** including Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Defender, and Exchange.

Responsibilities

• Own and resolve Tier 3 incidents across hardware, software, and infrastructure.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise initiatives like system migrations and upgrades.
• Design and support hybrid architectures across on-premises, Azure, and AWS.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and identity services.
