🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop manufacturing and inspection processes from the ground up
• Design tooling for work access, testing, and build fixturing
• Define and document inspection requirements and procedures
• Author planning, test plans, and training for production processes

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or physics
• 1+ years in manufacturing, quality, or design engineering role

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with aerospace component build or integration
• 3D CAD proficiency (NX, SolidWorks, or CATIA)
• SQL and Power BI skills for data analysis
