🎯 What You'll Do

• Operate and program pick-and-place machines
• Solder and assemble circuit boards
• Perform solder joint inspection and quality checks
• Support packing, shipping, and inventory management

📋 Requirements

• Enrolled in a UMass engineering or related program
• Must be available for student-friendly shifts around UMass schedule
• Able to commute to South Deerfield facility

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with KiCAD or PCB design
• Familiarity with electronics manufacturing
• Interest in robotics or automation
