🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and scale foundational sales enablement infrastructure
• Develop and maintain sales playbooks and sales process documentation
• Rebuild and launch a new sales onboarding program with readiness criteria
• Partner with Sales Leadership to align enablement priorities with commercial goals

📋 Requirements

• 6-8 years in Sales Enablement, Sales Ops, or Revenue Ops
• Experience building or scaling sales onboarding and playbooks
• Experience working closely with B2B sales teams
• Strong project management and stakeholder management abilities
