Description

As a Senior Product Manager on the Client Engagement team, you'll shape the tools therapists use to deliver care, measure progress, and build patient relationships, focusing on scheduling, telehealth, in-session tools, and AI-powered features to reduce administrative burden.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience building user-centric products
• Comfortable operating end-to-end from discovery through iteration
• Data-informed using qualitative and quantitative insights
• Strong product judgment and UX sensibility
• Thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

• Own problem discovery, solution design, and delivery for provider and patient workflows
• Translate user needs and business goals into product strategy and roadmaps
• Partner with engineering, design, data, and clinical operations to ship high-impact experiences
• Incorporate provider and patient insights from research and data into priorities
• Integrate AI-powered note-taking and agentic AI solutions to streamline workflows
