You'll lead performance engineering for enterprise-grade data security products at Protegrity. You'll drive end-to-end performance evaluation and troubleshoot complex issues in production environments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive end-to-end performance engineering for product releases
• Research system behavior and automate performance workflows
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, DevOps, and product teams
• Mentor team members and provide hands-on technical guidance

📋 Requirements

• Expert hands-on with Linux Shell Scripting and system monitoring
• Expertise in Java/Python or similar programming languages
• Knowledge of Cloud, Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and microservices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with computer science background
