Requirements

• 7-10 years in Operations or Operational Strategy
• 5+ years managing people and developing high-performing teams
• Strong process optimization and operational scaling experience
• Experience managing large operational programs with distributed teams
• Skills in data analytics for performance improvements

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 8-10 Operators through coaching and performance feedback
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Own performance of globally distributed workforce via data-driven management
• Monitor operational metrics and proactively address regressions
• Design standardized processes for high-quality annotations at scale
