• Define novel observability features with product and frontend teams
• Break down product requirements and drive execution
• Drive data platform improvements with engineering leaders
• Lead feature full-cycle from design to deployment and monitoring

📋 Requirements

• Proven record leading >5 person team shipping product features end-to-end
• Deep technical skills, able to write code when needed
• Experience with large-scale data processing platforms like Snowflake, Trino, or ClickHouse
• Experience building enterprise-grade SaaS products
