💼 About This Role

You'll lead post-training and alignment research for large-scale video generation models at Genmo. Your work will directly ensure our diffusion-based outputs are high-quality and safe. You'll collaborate across teams to integrate alignment improvements into production.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead research in alignment and post-training for video generation models.
• Design and implement supervised fine-tuning and RLHF pipelines.
• Develop robust evaluation frameworks for model alignment and safety.
• Create and optimize data collection pipelines for human feedback.

📋 Requirements

• PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
• Strong publication record in top conferences like NeurIPS, ICML, or ICLR.
• Extensive experience implementing large-scale training pipelines using PyTorch.
• Deep understanding of reinforcement learning techniques, especially RLHF.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with diffusion models or other generative architectures.
• Background in fine-tuning large language models or generative models.
• Familiarity with alignment techniques such as constitutional AI or debate.
