Description

You will service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters at cell tower sites. This role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, and maintaining cooling systems, responding to service calls, and completing daily reports. It's a fast-paced position requiring self-direction and a willingness to travel extensively.

Requirements

• Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience, commercial preferred
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems
• Effective verbal and email communication
• Must reside in Memphis, Tennessee area and be available for after-hours and weekend call outs

Responsibilities

• Maintain cooling systems including diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing components
• Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Perform maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment
• Respond to service calls in a timely manner, including emergencies
• Complete daily work reports accurately and on time
