You will operate and maintain production machinery in a fast-paced printing environment, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to safety protocols. Your role is critical to meeting production deadlines and maintaining operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong mechanical background and willingness to learn
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and running machinery
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for entire shift
• Proficient in written and verbal English
• 4+ years experience with production machines preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production machines (bindery, guillotine, laminators, MOLL, Horizon, MGI, ABG)
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment failures, escalating to management as needed
• Adhere to SOPs for quality and safety
• Accurately report completed orders and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Perform quality checks and ensure work meets company standards
