Description

In this role, you will lead investment accounting and reporting, build process documentation, analyze monthly/quarterly/annual reports, and partner cross-functionally with teams like FP&A, Investments, and Legal to ensure accurate financial reporting across the organization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant accounting experience
• CPA license (active or inactive)
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Collaborative approach and cross-functional partnership experience

Responsibilities

• Lead investment accounting and related reporting
• Build process documentation and internal controls
• Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
• Leverage Workday and Salesforce to improve month-end close processes
• Review grant contracts for proper accounting
