💼 About This Role

You'll plan and execute audits for a portfolio of US clients, working fully remote from South Africa. You'll partner with accounting teams and CPA firms across US time zones, blending rigor with practicality. This role offers real ownership and exposure to diverse industries.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan engagement scope, materiality, and risk assessment
• Perform walkthroughs and test controls design and effectiveness
• Execute substantive analytical procedures and tests of details
• Prepare GAAS-compliant workpapers with clear conclusions

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of US external audit experience
• Strong command of US GAAP and US GAAS (AICPA)
• Proficiency with audit software (e.g., Caseware, CCH ProSystem fx)

✨ Nice to Have

• Data analytics tools (IDEA/ACL/Power Query)
• Experience with multi-location audits
• Familiarity with SOC or review/compilation engagements
