💼 About This Role

You'll own the design and manufacturing processes for TWT amplifiers used in Starlink gateway antennas at SpaceX. You'll work hands-on to troubleshoot issues and implement upgrades to improve reliability and cost. This role offers extreme ownership of hardware outcomes in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design factory processes for reliable manufacturing of vacuum technology
• Develop novel manufacturing procedures with partner teams
• Manage new product introduction and production processes for TWTA assemblies
• Work with suppliers to implement process improvements for reliability

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline
• 1+ years experience designing, building, testing, or troubleshooting hardware
