You'll drive revenue growth by delivering engineered HVAC solutions for commercial projects in Las Vegas. You'll bridge design and sales, working with contractors and engineers from concept through commissioning. This role combines technical expertise with client relationship building.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop account strategies to grow market share in assigned territories.
• Analyze project plans and specs for system optimization opportunities.
• Provide engineered equipment selections including airflow and thermal load calculations.
• Collaborate with design engineers to influence basis-of-design specifications.

📋 Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in HVAC engineering or technical sales.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• Strong understanding of psychrometrics, airflow dynamics, and heat transfer.
• Experience interpreting mechanical plans and specifications.
