You'll own and grow a small portfolio of Hiya's most strategic UK customers, driving adoption and leading complex programs. Your core impact is delivering measurable value and unlocking multi-million dollar growth within high-value telecom accounts. This role sits at a critical point of growth, with several major customers launching and scaling rapidly.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own retention, growth, and outcomes for 2 largest UK accounts
- Build and execute multi-year strategic customer initiatives
- Drive engagement, adoption, and value from product capabilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery and complex programs through to production
- Identify and support upsell, cross-sell, and new use case opportunities
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in Customer Success, Strategic Accounts, or similar in SaaS
- Experience managing large enterprise customers with 7-figure ARR
- Strong track record across full post-sales lifecycle
- Comfortable in technical environments (APIs, integrations, pilots/POCs)

- Background in voice technology, network security, or AI-driven products
