You'll drive membership growth by managing broker relationships and pursuing innovative sales strategies for a health insurance technology company. Your core impact will be training brokers and building partnerships to scale our product in the Southeast market. You'll report into a Director of Sales and have the autonomy to experiment with creative local initiatives.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Build and manage broker and GA relationships in assigned market.
  • Train brokers and GA partners on Oscar's product.
  • Represent Oscar at local broker and community events.
  • Identify and test new growth opportunities.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4+ years of healthcare industry outside sales experience.
  • 3+ years presenting and communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Must be a licensed insurance professional.

  • Bachelor's Degree or 4 years relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Salesforce.
