• Achieve sales plan and comp sales goals
• Recruit, develop, and retain store team
• Manage shrink, payroll, schedules, and operations
• Run sales reports and use data to guide strategy

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail store management experience
• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
